Return Policy

At Palm Noir, we want you to love your sunglasses. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed for fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email hello@palmnoir.co with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns

We accept returns of unused sunglasses within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition
  • Include the original case, cleaning cloth, packaging, and any included accessories
  • Show no signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different style or color, please return your original pair (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

To submit a claim:

  • Email hello@palmnoir.co within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos of:The sunglassesThe packagingThe shipping label

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund or store credit at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Sunglasses returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Sunglasses showing signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or accidental damage after delivery
